Enhanced Referral Program

NACCRRA is contracting with participating CCR&R agencies to provide enhanced referrals to quality child care programs for eligible military parents through Memorandum of Agreements (MOAs).

Army Child Care in Your Neighborhood (ACCYN)

NACCRRA is contracting with 10 Child Care Resource & Referral agencies across the country to increase the quality of child care for Army families at 10 identified sites.

Military Child Care in Your Neighborhood (MCCIYN)

NACCRRA has contracted with the Department of Defense in an effort to meet the child care needs of Service Members living in areas where on post military child care is not available. The MCCIYN program offers qualified Service Members a subsidy to assist them with the high cost of quality child care outside military installations.
