Logos And Guidelines

 About the Guidelines

These guidelines show the correct usage of the NACCRRA logo and were created to ensure brand consistency throughout our member network. The NACCRRA logo was created as part of a visual identity system, which was developed to establish and promote a brand: ensuring that all communication, and indeed everything that makes up NACCRRA's public image, serves to give an intentional and positive impression.

Consistency is the key to increased visibility, strengthened brand equity, and a focused brand message. The visual identity system and the logo itself become more effective every time they are used properly. When the logo is used incorrectly, the brand message is blurred and public awareness is confused. It is important that these guidelines are followed consistently, so that the NACCRRA network speaks with one unified voice.

Who Should Use These Guidelines

These guidelines were prepared to assist NACCRRA, its members and partners to promote the identity of the organization. Please review these guidelines carefully before creating any materials using the NACCRRA identity.

This guide should be supplied to any vendors or other external resources to ensure that our identity is used properly.

About The NACCRRA Logo

NACCRRA is visually represented by a carefully defined, interlocking set of symbols:

1. The MARK
2. The NAME
3. The TAGLINE

Together, the MARK, NAME and TAGLINE form the NACCRRA Graphic Signature. <?xml:namespace prefix = o />

The NACCRRA Graphic Signature is designed to communicate the core brand message:  NACCRRA is the nerve center in a dynamic national network of experts in child care.

There are two versions of the Graphic Signature:

  • Full version: NAME, MARK and TAGLINE
  • Modified version: NAME and MARK (logotype)

While there are various combinations of the component parts, using the Graphic Signature in any form helps provide a consistent and memorable representation of NACCRRA.

The MARK

The MARK is the interlocking pattern of dots accented in red.

The interlocking arcs of dots in the MARK represent the network of local and state resource & referral agencies that make up the membership of NACCRRA. The red dots represent the role of NACCRRA itself as the nerve center within this technologically- ophisticated “system of systems” that helps expand and disseminate knowledge about early childhood throughout the country.

The NAME

The NAME is set in a distinctive typeface, spacing, and case treatment.

The TAGLINE

The TAGLINE is the written version of the NACCRRA acronym.

Graphic Signature: Full Version

Consists of the NAME, MARK and TAGLINE

Graphic Signature: Modified Version

Consists of the NAME and MARK also referred to as the logotype.

Colors

The official color combination is red and blue. The central dots (nerve center) in the MARK are red, and the other dots, and the NAME, are blue.

When the Graphic Signature appears on a white or light background, the Signature must appear in red and blue.
