Leadership Development ProgramAbout The Program:The NACCRRA Leadership Development Program will provide selected Leaders with intensive mentoring, training, and internship experiences in CCR&R. The outcome of these activities will be a group of leaders who will help shape the future of CCR&R at the local, state, and national level. Who The Program Is For:The program is designed for current CCR&R and State Network staff who have shown leadership potential and are willing to commit to a three-year process. How It Works:Four to six leaders will be chosen each year beginning at the 2007 Symposium. In year one, Leaders will attend Orientation, State Network Leadership Institute, and begin a Leadership Project. In year two, Leaders will attend Symposium and SNLI, complete a one-month state or local internship and continue work on their individual projects. In year three, Leaders will attend Symposium and SNLI, undertake a one-month internship at NACCRRA, and complete their individual projects. At Symposium the following year, Leaders will graduate and present their projects in workshop sessions.
