Operation Military Child Care (OMCC)

Providers may be eligible for the Operation Military Child Care program if they have a valid state license and annual licensing inspection report.

The Operation Military Child Care program provides fee assistance for families of deployed or mobilized National Guard, Reserve and Active Duty service members during the duration of the deployment.

Military Child Care In Your Neighborhood (MCCYN)

Providers may be eligible for the Military Child Care In Your Neighborhood program if they have a valid state license, annual licensing inspection report and must meet additional high quality standards.

The Military Child Care in Your Neighborhood program provides fee assistance for families of Active Duty Service Members who are unable to access on-post child care.

Army School-Age Program in Your Neighborhood (ASPYN) 

Providers must live near the installations listed below to be eligible for this program as well as agree to meet additional standards.  For more information, contact Child Care Aware® toll-free at 1-800-424-2246.

The Army School-age Program in Your Neighborhood (ASPYN) program serves families who live in the communities surrounding the installations listed below and provides fee assistance for families of Active Duty Service Members who are unable to access on-post child care. The ASPYN program serves school age children who attend child care before and after school, as well as full time when school is not in session.

Army Respite
Providers may be eligible for the Army Respite program if they have a valid state license and annual licensing inspection report.

The Army Respite program provides free hourly child care to support the unique child care needs for families of soldiers who are deployed, Active Duty Recruiters, ROTC Cadet Cadre, Wounded Warriors assigned to a Warrior Transition Unit or Warrior Transition Battalion, and Survivors of Fallen Warriors.

Air Force Home Community Care Program (AF HCC)
The Air Force HCC program provides child care for United States Air Force Reserve and National Guard members assigned to specific installations during drill weekends. Care is provided in high quality family child care homes throughout the United States. Providers who are eligible must have a valid state license as well as agree to meet additional standards.
