NACCRRA's Suite of Data Services

Until now, NACCRRAware has been the cornerstone of the data services NACCRRA offers to CCR&Rs. NACCRRAware is the Web-based information management software designed by NACCRRA members to assist CCR&Rs in performing their critical role. As an online referral tracking system, NACCRRAware has enabled CCR&Rs to collect, report, and distribute complete and accurate information in an efficient, meaningful, and cost-effective manner.

As technology advanced and the needs of the CCR&R field grew, NACCRRA created a solution to address these developments and meet the ever-changing needs of our field. As a result, NACCRRA developed NACCRRA's "Suite of Data Services."

What is NACCRRA's Suite of Data Services?

NACCRRA's new Suite of Data Services is a variety of integrated, user-friendly services and applications that will serve as tools to facilitate the work of CCR&Rs. All services and applications will be available through a single point of access. The services and applications that will be available include:

• NACCRRAware v3.9/v4.0 - the newest release of NACCRRAware will provide users with increased security, enhanced performance, and better reporting capabilities
• Training Tracking - a user friendly, web-based database designed to help manage and track community based trainings for child care providers
• Virtual Family Child Care Online - a web-based database, created by CCR&Rs, that provides a "virtual" tour of family child care homes - complete with pictures and descriptions - that helps customers learn more information about a particular child care provider or setting
• Technical Assistance Tracking - a web-based tool that will track technical assistance, mentoring, and coaching at a variety of levels, and will allow the link of technical systems to training

How Will Using NACCRRA's Suite of Data Services Benefit My CCR&R?

CCR&Rs that use NACCRRA's new Suite of Data Services will be able to:

• Access all services and applications under one license agreement eliminating the need to purchase additional licenses for every new application or service
• Sign on to all services and applications through a single point of access
• Reduce the time and effort spent on data entry, as data can be shared across all services and applications
• Receive unlimited, basic technical support to assist with the use of any or all of the available services and applications

How Can I Access NACCRRA's Suite of Data Services?

In order to gain access to NACCRRA's Suite of Data Service, CCR&Rs must:

• Be a current NACCRRA member
• Submit an executed NACCRRA Suite of Data Services License Agreement and payment (This replaces the former NACCRRAware License Agreement)

Note: In order to take advantage of all the applications and services available through NACCRRA's Suite of Data Services, CCR&Rs must be hosted at NACCRRA.

NACCRRA's Suite of Data Services License Agreement

NACCRRA's Suite of Data Services License Agreement requires an annual fee plus hosting and storage fees for CCR&Rs to gain initial access to all of the services available under NACCRRA's Suite of Data Services. These fees entitle you to:

• Unlimited, basic technical support
• Five (5) concurrent or simultaneous users across all applications
• Annual upgrades for all applications

Note: Advanced technical support and additional concurrent users can be purchased for a fee.

How Much Will NACCRRA's Suite of Data Services Cost?

For a minimal annual fee, plus hosting and storage costs, your CCR&R can begin utilizing all of the available features of NACCRRA's Suite of Data Services. See the Detailed Pricing Schedule for more information.
