Rainbow in a Cup

You and your child can make a healthy parfait with a rainbow of fruits!


You'll need:

• vanilla yogurt • fruit (fresh or canned) • clear plastic cup • spoon

What to do:

  1. Spoon your first layer of vanilla yogurt in the bottom of a clear plastic cup. Invite your child to add a layer of diced fruit with a plastic spoon.
  2. To make it colorful, layer several different types of fruit such as peaches, plums, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and mandarin oranges. Repeat the layers of yogurt and fruit with your child.
  3. Enjoy this yummy and healthful treat together.
