Rainbow in a Cup

You and your child can make a healthy parfait with a rainbow of fruits!
You'll need:
vanilla yogurt fruit (fresh or canned) clear plastic cup spoon
What to do:
- Spoon your first layer of vanilla yogurt in the bottom of a clear plastic cup. Invite your child to add a layer of diced fruit with a plastic spoon.
- To make it colorful, layer several different types of fruit such as peaches, plums, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and mandarin oranges. Repeat the layers of yogurt and fruit with your child.
- Enjoy this yummy and healthful treat together.
