NACCRRA Services

NACCRRA will provide the following services for an agency participating in the NACCRRA Quality Assurance (NQA) program and the Best Practices Self Study Program:

• Orientation training on the NACCRRA Quality Assurance Program
• Overview training on the NACCRRA Best Practices Self Study Program
• Training on the elements in NACCRRA’s Best Practices
• Individualized telephone consultations
• Templates for self-assessment scoring on Best Practices, a quality improvement plan to meet Best Practices and matrices on which to record agency information and services
• Technical assistance papers and other resources on a variety of topics in Best Practices
• Responses to frequently asked questions
• Samples of exemplary submissions, when available
• Templates to guide evidence development for Quality Assurance
• Review and feedback on the evidence submitted for each element in Best Practices
• Conduct and report of direct assessments of agency functions and services
• Referral to training and technical assistance, as needed
• Validation review of submission for Quality Assurance
• Press materials, if validated
