How To Apply

Register for Self-Assessment

CCR&Rs and State Networks ready to begin the NACCRRA Quality Assurance validation process start by submitting a pdf NACCRRA Quality Assurance Registration Form (71 KB). This form may be submitted at anytime. The $250 fee for Self Assessment must accompany the registration form. Upon receipt, NACCRRA will provide the CCR&R or State Network with the Self Assessment Guide and Scoring Sheet. The registered agency will participate in a 2-hour online training on the NACCRRA Quality Assurance process and have access to up to 2 hours of technical assistance from the NACCRRA Quality Assurance Support team. There is no time limit between when an agency registers for the self assessment and when that agency chooses to apply for NACCRRA Quality Assurance.

Apply for Quality Assurance

Once the agency has completed their Self Assessment Scoring Sheet, a State Network or CCR&R may apply to begin the process by submitting the pdf NACCRRA Quality Assurance Application Form (70 KB). This form may be submitted at any time. The $1,000 application fee and the completed scoring sheet must accompany the application form. The application fee will be credited to the agency's NACCRRA Quality Assurance fee.

Upon receipt, NACCRRA will contact the agency to provide a start date and discuss a payment schedule for the remainder of the fee. All State Networks and CCR&Rs which apply will have a start date that begins on one of the following dates: January 1, April 1, July 1, or October 1. The agency will be assigned the start date that is closest to the date of receipt of the application. The agency will have 24 months from the start date to complete their submission for NACCRRA Quality Assurance.
