Costs & IncentivesNACCRRA has made every effort to keep the costs to operate NACCRRA Quality Assurance to a minimum, but costs to administer a program of this caliber and magnitude are considerable. NACCRRA membership fees, as currently structured, will support some of the costs of NACCRRA Quality Assurance, but the remainder must be passed on to applicants. Please note that the $250 fee for Self Assessment for State Networks and CCR&Rs is nonrefundable. The fee provides the Self Assessment Guides for CCR&R, the Scoring Sheet, a 2-hour online facilitated training "Overview of the NACCRRA Quality Assurance Process for CCR&Rs", and 2 hours of technical assistance during the self assessment period. State Networks receive the same services but with a focus on State Network Best Practices. The cost for State Networks to become validated under the new NACCRRA Quality Assurance is $9,950. The cost for CCR&Rs to become validated under NACCRRA Quality Assurance will vary considerably, depending on the number of service areas offered by a particular agency, and will range from $7,250 - $9,950.
Incentive DiscountsTo help offset the cost of NACCRRA Quality Assurance to local CCR&Rs, NACCRRA has developed a number of incentives to encourage participation. The incentives are as follows:
Payment ScheduleNACCRRA has made every effort to accommodate the financial situations of State Networks and local CCR&Rs and will work with State Networks and CCR&Rs to ensure that NACCRRA Quality Assurance can be a reality for all CCR&Rs. Costs to participate in the program can be paid in full, in two installments, four installments, or quarterly over the 24 month submission period. Additionally, NACCRRA will seek funding to provide scholarships to those agencies most in need. |
