NACCRRA Services

NACCRRA will provide the following services for CCR&Rs participating in the NACCRRA Quality Assurance (NQA) program:

• Training on the NACCRRA Quality Assurance Process
• Training on the elements in NACCRRA’s Best Practices for CCR&Rs
• Individualized telephone consultation up to ten times throughout the process
• Templates for Self-Assessment Scores, NQA Work Plan and Matrices
• Technical assistance papers and other resources on a variety of topics in Best Practices for CC&Rs
• Responses to frequently asked questions
• Samples of exemplary submissions, when available
• Review and feedback on the submission of each document
• Referral to training and technical assistance, as needed
• Validation review of submission
• Press materials, if validated
