NACCRRA Services

NACCRRA will provide the following services for all agencies in process for NACCRRA Quality Assurance:

  • Two hours each month of individualized and group technical assistance by phone, email, and/or instant message
  • Monthly review and comments on submission
  • Group online training
  • One 2-hour training for each CCR&R functional area: Core Competencies, Parent Services, Provider Services, Business & Community Services, and Subsidy Management
  • 2-hour trainings by topic area for State Networks
  • Scheduled group chats facilitated by NACCRRA staff
  • Optional onsite technical assistance (additional fee)
  • Optional onsite training (additional fee)
  • Optional online content training to develop or improve service delivery (additional fee)
