NACCRRA Services
NACCRRA will provide the following services for all agencies in process for NACCRRA Quality Assurance:
- Two hours each month of individualized and group technical assistance by phone, email, and/or instant message
- Monthly review and comments on submission
- Group online training
- One 2-hour training for each CCR&R functional area: Core Competencies, Parent Services, Provider Services, Business & Community Services, and Subsidy Management
- 2-hour trainings by topic area for State Networks
- Scheduled group chats facilitated by NACCRRA staff
- Optional onsite technical assistance (additional fee)
- Optional onsite training (additional fee)
- Optional online content training to develop or improve service delivery (additional fee)
