Parent Leader: Vicky Dougherty is a Pennsylvania parent leader who has participated in the Background Check Campaign by taking key district meetings with Members of Congress, and was instrumental in working with the Pennsylvania General Assembly to pass S.B. 59 in 2009, which sought stronger inspection requirements in family child care centers.
