Building upon the findings and recommendations of NACCRRA’s earlier report on Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) training, Knowledge Into Practice further illustrates that CCR&Rs are poised to support a national child care training and technical assistance network. The report details the results of NACCRRA’s national on-site technical assistance survey, provides a full review of the existing body of research on technical assistance, and includes an overview of the technical assistance support offered to child care programs receiving federal funds. It also offers recommendations on how both CCR&Rs and the larger child care community can improve on-site technical assistance to ensure high-quality child care.
